All products sold on this website are digital courses and downloadable content. No physical products are shipped.

Due to the digital nature of the products, returns are not possible once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer protection laws, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply once the delivery of digital content has begun, provided that the customer has given prior consent.

By purchasing a digital product from GlowLab and accessing the content, you:

• Request immediate access to the digital product, and

• Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered or accessed.

Therefore, purchases of GlowLab digital products are generally non-refundable after access has been granted.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• The product was not delivered due to a technical issue

• Duplicate purchases were made accidentally

• A billing error occurred
